Still playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf? Need an easier way to keep track of its holidays? We’ve got you covered. At the beginning of every month, we’ll be posting a handy list of all the special events going on in the game, so you’ll never miss a chance to snag some rare items. What events will be going on this month?
April 1 – April Fools’ Day
You’ll definitely need to keep your wits about you on April Fools’ Day, as your town will be visited by the blank-faced trickster, Blanca. Blanca loves causing mischief, and she’ll travel around town pulling pranks on your villagers by mimicking their appearance. Head to each of your neighbors’ homes and correctly identify them to receive their picture as thanks. Foil Blanca’s prank at every house and you may even receive her picture as well!
April 12 – Fishing Tourney
Show off your angling skills in this month’s fishing tourney! Take your best catch over to the event plaza to have it evaluated by Chip, the hungry event coordinator, who will give you a piece of fish-themed furniture if you can exceed a certain point total. Maintain the lead by the end of the day and you’ll also be awarded a gold fishing trophy!
April 20 – Bunny Day
Bunny Day marks the one day of the year that Zipper T. Bunny comes for a visit, and he’s hidden a bunch of eggs around your town! Use the various tools at your disposal to find the eggs scattered about and crack them open. If one contains a winning ticket, take it over to the event plaza and exchange it for a piece of egg-themed furniture. You’ll also receive a special prize if you can bring all six types of eggs to Zipper T. at once!
April 22 – Nature Day
Take in the natural beauty of your surroundings on Nature Day! Visit Isabelle at your town’s event plaza to receive a special globe, and hear why it’s important to appreciate the environment!
April 25 – Weeding Day
Help Leif keep the town clean! Meet the nature-loving sloth at the event plaza and set to work pulling weeds. If you can pluck every weed by the end of the day, you’ll receive a special piece of flower-themed furniture for your efforts! You can even score another prize if you visit a friend’s town and help them pluck weeds!

Hi I’m new to this as you will probably find out. I’ts taken me 2 hours to work out how to register, whew! Any help you can give me on protocol(big word for me) etc., thanks? I only play Animal Crossing
New Leaf at the mo. which helps keep me sane. Have no friends codes so I can get visiting and view towns and others to visit mine. Hop on a train etc., Don’t know how to do this yet. Dream Suite is up and

Hi Sandy. I believe you’re getting that error code because you need to perform a system update– at least, that’s what Nintendo’s website said when I typed in your error code: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/ds/results.jsp?error_code=009-1000&system=3DS&locale=lang
If you get any more error codes, just enter them there and it’ll tell you how to resolve them. Hope that helps!

Ago. My steps are being counted. But will go on the website later and check all is as it should be.
