One of the games released this week has been getting plenty of attention, but it shouldn’t overshadow the other new additions that you can pick up.
Two new games can be found on the Wii U eShop: Ittle Dew (Ludosity, $9.99) features the titular Ittle Dew and her companion Tippsy in a top-down adventure game. It has a distinctly Legend of Zelda feel to it, but features some slightly more mature humour. Alongside this is Gravity Badgers (Wales Interactive, $4.99), a gravity physics puzzler featuring badgers and out of this world boss fights.
The Wii U Virtual Console also gets Klonoa: Empire of Dreams (Bandai Namco, $6.99), a GBA platformer set over 40 levels in a land where dreams have been outlawed. The 3DS Virtual Console, meanwhile, sees the release of the Game Boy Colour game, Mega Man Extreme 2 (Capcom, $4.99), which also happens to bring the month of Mega May to a close.
The Wii U retail download of Luv Me Buddies Wonderland (O2 Games, $19.90) is also available this week and features a collection of minigames for younger gamers.
Meanwhile, Lego The Hobbit on Wii U receives a permanent discount to $39.99 from June 2 , while Pushmo and Crashmo on 3DS receive temporary discounts down to $4.69 and $5.99 respectfully until June 13 to coincide with the announcement of Pushmo World earlier this week.
Oh, and Mario Kart 8 is also out this week at $59.99. Check out our recent preview of the game if you need more information on this rather obscure title. If you do pick it up, let us know what you think!

What’s Mario Kart 8? I’ve never heard of it.
Anyone who hasn’t played a Klonoa game should download Empire of Dreams. It’s a wonderful series and very, very fun.
