Apparently there is some new racing game coming out this week? Right, it’s Mario Kart 8 on Wii U! It’ll be just in time, as last week we mourned the loss of online play for Mario Kart Wii with the shutdown of the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Please remove your caps for a moment of silence.
With Mario’s newest racing escapades just around the corner, what better way to kick off a Mario Kart issue at Nintendojo than a good ol’ track of the week? This time, I’ve dug into the previous game, Mario Kart 7 for Nintendo 3DS. Bowser’s dystopic and futuristic metropolis, Neo Bowser City, featured some slick visuals and smooth music.
Why not jump on your 3DS again this week before picking up MK8 on Friday? Also, with another Mario Kart game comes yet another iteration of the famous Rainbow Road. However, do you know where the Rainbow Road really goes?
Anyways, we’ll see you all out there on the race track this weekend! Let’s a-go!
