Fusty Game has officially revealed via Twitter that it is working on bringing Hover: Revolt of Gamers to the Wii U eShop.
Hover: Revolt of Gamers is a crazy mixture of Jet Set Radio and Mirror’s Edge. The game lets you play as a part of a resistance fighting against the mayor of Hover City, who has outlawed video games among other kinds of entertainment. The gameplay is just as wacky as the game’s narrative, as it combines Jet Set Radio‘ fast-paced “inline skates” action with Mirror’s Edge’ vertigo-inducing first person mode. As a cherry on top, the soundtrack is being provided by Jet Set composer himself, Hideki Naganuma.
Hover: Revolt of Games is expected to be released at the end of 2014.

Looking nice! This will be yet another one to keep an eye on.
I just hope they keep the third-person view as an option. I can’t be the only one who thought Mirror’s Edge desperately needed a non-nausea mode, right? I couldn’t even finish the demo.
