Last week, Ubisoft delayed Rayman Legends, a former Wii U exclusive that is by all accounts already finished, for seven months to match other platform releases. You could say a few folks got upset about the matter. Fans and even developers of the game have been taking arms against the publisher, making their qualms known. So how does Ubisoft reply? Does it release a finished product that looked to be one of the great Wii U exclusives? No, we are getting another demo.

From the Ubisoft Facebook page:

“Thanks for all your feedback regarding Rayman Legends in all of its forms. We have heard you and we will continue to listen. We understand your frustration and that you want to get your hands on the game. We are working with the development team to provide you with a new, exclusive demo for the Wii U soon. Stay tuned for more.”

What generosity! So at least Wii U owners can say they got a demo, right? It’s probably just going to leave us wanting more. Ubisoft makes everyone very sad.
