Go ahead and scroll through BAFTA’s Game Award shortlists. You won’t catch a whiff of Nintendo, whether in the Family, Sports/Fitness, or Mobile & Handheld category.
Regardless of how Nintendo’s 2012 fared in the eyes of fans and the press, it’s odd that the company doesn’t pop up anywhere on this long list of titles. Appalling to my eyes is that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 graces the Action games shortlist (and wins!) while ZombiU is relegated to a non-mention. Come on, now.
