Nintendo promises that the game will feature a bevy of exclusives, including a “Co-Driver mode” where one player will drive with the Pro controller or a Wii remote while another player helps out using the GamePad. The game will also support off-TV play, and it will be the first third-party title to incorporate Miiverse compatibility.
Speaking of Miiverse, Nintendo also announced that a Legend of Zelda community has been added to the service. The community is now live, so check it out while you wait patiently for the upcoming HD remake of The Wind Waker!
In eShop news, Google’s popular Street View made its way to the Wii U this morning by way of a free app. The app, known as Wii Street U, allows Wii U owners to see a 360-degree view of any street address from the comfort of their couch. The app will also come pre-loaded with 70 different locations from around the globe for users to take a look at.
