A new trailer for the upcoming console version of Resident Evil: Revelations has been released courtesy of Capcom:
It seems this version of the game will make use of the Wii U GamePad in some major ways, which would make sense given that the original game was released on the Wii U’s dual-screened little brother, the 3DS. It’s quite strange that this handheld-to-console conversion is being done; certainly, it’s rare for the conversion to go in that direction. Still, horror on handhelds has never really worked spectacularly well, so perhaps a console launch is just what was needed.
