In other update-related news coming out of today’s Nintendo Direct, expect to see some new features in Animal Crossing Plaza for Wii U in the next few hours. What can you expect to crop up in the animal community? Well, I’m so glad you asked.
First of all, Animal Crossing related stamps are now going to be available for you to use in Miiverse. This is similar to Super Mario 3D World, which is also going to feature these kinds of stamps. In fact, future titles using Miiverse will have stamps in them as well. Another new addition to the plaza are the ranking polls. Every month will feature a new question for all Animal Crossing fans to weigh in on. Who is the best neighbor? Who has the best sense of style? Let your important opinions about Animal Crossing be known to all.
Coming in a future update will be villager registration and streamlined album options. The villager registration will allow users to make a list of your favorite villagers, to ensure they always appear in the plaza. And the new album options will make adding and arranging your photo albums even easier.
Check out the first Animal Crossing Plaza update when it comes out later today.
