Nintendo fans are no doubt counting down the days to next week’s double-whammy of Super Mario 3D World and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, but that doesn’t mean that this week doesn’t have a few goodies of its own. First up is Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, which will be arriving in stores and on the eShop tomorrow, November 15. Also coming to Wii U is the latest Zumba Fitness title, Zumba Fitness: World Party, which will go on sale November 19.
If you’d prefer to try something before you buy it, Wii U and 3DS owners can now download a demo of Sonic Lost World on their respective consoles. We awarded both versions of the game a C+ (you can read our reviews here and here), so if you’ve been on the fence about the hedgehog’s latest, now’s your chance to test it out for yourself!
Headlining this week’s 3DS downloads is XSEED’s, er, busty ninja brawler Senran Kagura Burst, which can be purchased from the eShop for $29.99. Speaking of brawlers, 3DS owners looking for something a little more nostalgic can also check out River City Ransom, available now on the service for $4.99. And fans of the algebraic Cartoon Network series Adventure Time have WayForward’s Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW to look forward to on Tuesday, November 19.
Perhaps the most exciting news this week, though, is the start of Nintendo’s character-themed discounts, which will continue throughout the holiday season. This week’s sale is on select Legend of Zelda titles. From now until November 21, fans can save 30 percent on The Legend of Zelda and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link for 3DS and Wii U, and The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening for 3DS.
Will you be downloading any of this week’s titles? Let us know in the comments!
