Like the rest of Nintendo’s major franchises, the Pokémon games feature some fantastic music, even going back to the original Game Boy’s less than stellar audio performance. From the exciting up tempo tunes that set the tone for gym battles to the spooky sounds that lent Lavender Town its foreboding air, the games have always been a treat to listen to.
So, if you happen to be a fan of Pokémon music and, like me, you feel the latest games has some amazing songs, then you might want to check the tracks recently released on iTunes. $9.99, or €8.99/£7.99 for our European readers, will get you the whopping 212 track soundtrack of X and Y. Granted, most of the tracks are relatively short and there are even a handful of several second stringers, like the notes that play when you level up, but you have to give them credit for just how thorough of a collection this is.
Should you be interested, do a search in iTunes or go ahead and check it out here.
