According to Nintendo Direct, Nintendo’s E-Shop and Miiverse services will be accessible from your computer or smart phone starting in 2013.
This is the first official word on which additional platforms the services would be available upon, though Nintendo had previously stated that it was unlikely these services would be available on other platforms at launch.
Could gamers purchase an eShop game on their phone while at work and have it download on their Wii U at home?
Nintendo did not offer additional information on the service, but as we quickly approach launch day, more details should be coming in the very near future.
