Nintendo has revealed that the upcoming Sonic game, Sonic Lost World, will be released exclusively on both the Wii U and 3DS. While we still don’t know anything about the title, Sega has recently posted a picture on its Facebook page revealing several new characters for the game! Now, I know what you’re thinking… Big the Cat (among many other outlandish Sonic characters with little relevancy). However, I recommend we forget the past, and look forward to another Sonic game that will be coming exclusively to a Nintendo platform near you! Sonic is like that awkward friend that hangs around you and your pals because he doesn’t have anywhere else to go. No matter how much you put up with his facepalm attempts at fitting in and ignore his sad or offensive comments, he never goes away. He’s sort of the Fogell of video games accept you’ll never learn to love and accept him.
I haven’t played a Sonic game since Sonic Adventures 2 (the Dreamcast release), this game is starting to seem like a good place to jump back in.
Also, Big the Cat is that awkward person who seems to hang around despite never being invited. Sonic is more like a friend who drinks constantly, yet he’s only entertaining between three and five drinks. After that his alter-ego Shadow shows up and ruins the party.
