Biography:

I play the vidya. PC is my console of choice but I have owned every major system/handheld/platform since the 2600. Minus the 32x and other such silliness.

My favorite games were once-upon-a-time from Nintendo. There was an era of my life when I would have fought fan-boy tooth and nail to prove a Sony fan wrong and I would be the first to tell an Xbox adopter that Xbox Live was just a way to rob you of more money for a game you already paid for. Well my ignorance founded fanboyism was half right at least.

I still think that controller was outrageous...

My how the river of time can change a man. Fast-forward to today and I harbor a strange sense of abandonment as one of the now all-growed-up Ninty fans. They are an ever-evolving company and are good at steering their products to where they can thrive. To my dismay the direction they've chosen does not bed well with my preferences. I wish them luck and will continue to follow, but alas, I will not own a 3DS or Wii U unless they can show me something truly impressive. Something kind of like that Zelda tech demo... or dear goodness it's SpaceWorld 2000 all over again.
