Looks like Ubisoft is at it again today!
Good news for you Rayman fans who are chomping at the bit for Rayman Legends. While it had been previously reported that Wii U owners would be receiving an exclusive demo of the much delayed game, it turns out what we’ll be getting is something better. This April, Ubisoft will be releasing a full online challenge mode that is exclusive to the Wii U eShop.
And the kicker for all of this? It’s free. Yes, free. The online challenge mode will support up to five players and will have leaderboards that will keep track of all online players, allowing you to download a ghost to challenge yourself against if you’d like. So if you’re a Rayman fan, or even just like free stuff, download the online challenge mode once it comes out in April.

Well it’s not as nice as having the game really soon, but it’s a nice concession and I’ll give it a try.
