For those of you who want to pick up Assassin’s Creed III or ZombiU on the cheap, it looks like this is your lucky week!
From February 17 through February 26, you can get six Ubisoft games for 30% off the retail price through the Nintendo eShop. These six games are Assassin’s Creed III, ZombiU, Just Dance 4, ESPN Sports Connection, Rabbids Land, and Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013. This is especially notable given that these are six of Ubisoft’s biggest titles on the system.
Whether this can be interpreted as Nintendo trying to get people to buy Ubisoft’s games or showing that it’s committed to not repeating the same mistakes it made with Wii is up for discussion, but it does suggest some degree of damage control after the controversy surrounding the Rayman Legends delay.

I’d be more excited about this if I had the deluxe version instead of the basic model. Oh we’ll it’s still great news and gives consumers more reason to download as opposed to getting an actual game disc at retail.
