Disney released a new trailer for Disney Infinity demonstrating the game’s sandbox mode, known as Toy Box. Disney describes Toy Box as “a wide open world of possibilities where you can mix, match, and mash-up everything.” In other words, it’s like playing with real toys, but in a video game. At least that’s what I hope it would be, because that sounds wicked fun.
The trailer features prominent series like Pirates of the Caribbean, The Incredibles, and Monster University. Oh, I also saw Perry the Platypus, so I am definitely getting this game.
The idea of Toy Box is to allow players to design and create their own adventures or games and to enjoy them together with friends. Check out our preview of this promising title. On another note, the game will not be released until August. In the meantime, enjoy Monster Hunter, Luigi’s Mansion, and Animal Crossing!
