A demo of Rayman Legends will be released in late April on the Wii U eShop. This is more exciting than it sounds because the demo will feature the game’s online challenge mode in its entirety. The challenge mode is made up of four level- – one of which will be exclusive to the Wii U version of the game– with online leader boards. Furthermore, more challenges will be released daily and weekly for an unspecified amount of time.
I really wonder how Ubisoft can manage to release a demo with the full online challenge mode, but not the completed game itself, which has allegedly been finished for some time. I think it’s a business strategy to produce more sales.
