If part of your joy playing Jet Set Radio came from the game’s soundtrack, get ready to give Hover: Revolt of Gamers even more of your attention, as Jet Set‘s composer Hideki Naganuma will be handling music for the new title.
The Kickstarter-backed initiative is envisioned as a hybrid between Jet Set Radio and Mirror’s Edge, and has, at present, reached its third funding goal. It was already looking interesting, but the addition of such a vital member of the Jet Set team is really starting to up Hover‘s profile. If this seems like the kind of game you’d like to play, consider donating to help Midgar Studio get the funding it needs to produce a Wii U version of the title.

That’s awesome. And this is the first I’ve heard of this game; I do hope they can reach their goals and make it to the Wii U.
I once owned both of the Jet Set Radio games (Dreamcast, Xbox) and really enjoyed them, so this is something I can look forward to.
