Totally agree about the font being a problem in the 3DS version of Monster Hunter. It doesn’t look good in either 3D or 2D mode, and makes reading text a constant pain. I noticed this in the demo, but was hoping it would look smoother in the final release. Not a game-breaker, and after dozens of hours of play I’ll probably get used to it… but a shame they couldn’t use a more attractive font.

Funny how something so small can make such a big difference in how a game is received. Reminds me of the articles detailing how selecting the right font for Etrian Odyssey 4 was a considered a big deal.

Smash Brothers I could see people like Mallo and Layton making appearances, but I think they’d be likely to be assist trophies. Of course that’s assuming that trophies are back in the game.

I think Dillon fits best, even if he isn’t a widely known character. After all we have a sequel coming for Dillon this year so somebody likes him (like this guy).

I want to see Chrom take over Ike’s spot since Fire Emblem Awakening is my game of the year so far (though Ni No Kuni comes very very close).

There are so many games coming out this year like Lego City Undercover and Pikmin, Wonderful 101, Monster Hunter that I think sales will rise drastically. Currently, while you have some fantastic games, from the outside looking in you pretty much have Mario and Zombie U.

I’m going to buy a Wii U because of my recent experience with Nintendoland and for my son to play Lego Undercover. With Undercover you finally have a highly polished world that allows my son to have the craziness of something like Grand Theft Auto without the inappropriate content. That’s a huge thing for parents.
