After news over the weekend that the Wii U version of Need for Speed: Most Wanted was likely going to miss out on downloadable content, it seems that hope has sprung yet again. After much complaining from the fan base, it seems as if Criterion is going to relent…that is, depending on the fan support.
On Twitter, Criterion Creative Director Alex Ward stated that if there is enough support for the game by the fans out there, then perhaps there may be some downloadable content after all: “If sales are there it makes sense to do DLC. Simple as that.”
So, if you’re one of those fans who wants to get that DLC for this game, then show your support and speak up. With enough voices (and sales), it can happen.
