With the revelation that Crimson Dragon, its spiritual successor to Panzer Dragoon will be coming to Xbox One, Grounding Inc. received more media attention than your average small Japanese developer is probably used to. However, the game’s director, Yukio Futatsugi, has revealed that the studio is working on another project for a Nintendo console. That really is the entirety of the announcement so there is plenty of room for speculation.
Even with next to nothing known about this game, there still is reason to be excited as Grounding Inc. developed the well received Sakura Samurai for 3DS eShop. They were also the studio behind Nintendoji, an exceptionally Japanese DSiWare title that was recently released as an exclusive for Japan’s Club Nintendo.
