Although Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies has been confirmed for a digital-only release, fans may be able to get physical copies by speaking up in Capcom’s forum. The demand for physical copies of Dual Destinies has urged Capcom to take some actions. Producer Motohide Eshiro has created the forum thread linked above to further gauge demand for physical copies.

Speak up! Fight for physical copies because they are worth it.
