Yeah the Miyamoto quotes about Pikmin3 are super encouraging. It looks fantastic. I’m still annoyed after a 6 month delay that there is still no online. But it was the game that made me want WiiU. Excited!
I did the best buy thing too. One of my friends who is a big Nintendo fan just picked up a WiiU. He didn’t even know it was a new system until reading E3 coverage. I stand by the naming burned them. Plus man do they need to advertise. I heard a lot of people being like “oh its a new system” or “I’ll get one soon”. I really think had they dropped the price lots of those people would have walked out with one. Or if Game & Wario had launched same day so there was a new game to encourage people to get one while they were there.
In terms of Mario 3D world. Will Multiplayer fun be more rewarding than a revolutionary new world? I’m not sure. I guess we’ll find out in December? Its too hard a choice for me. So non-answer for me Noah :P
too answer noah question: i would play a new galaxy game over playing with peach, seriously, peach is cool but is not like giving a floating ability to one character is better than the pure awesomeness of the galaxy games. I’m playing DKCR on 3ds and i’m a little less disappointed about retro making another one, because i have forgotten what an incredible platformer DKCR is, and now that i’m playing it i can imagine the incredible world design and playability that will come with the next instalment of the series.
