The details keep trickling in on the latest entry in the Super Smash Bros. franchise. In a post to Nintendo’s Miiverse social network yesterday, the game’s director, Masahiro Sakurai, detailed one of Charizard’s special attacks: the “Flare Blitz,” which will be the creature’s side special move and will result in “recoil damage if you make contact.”
In a subsequent comment, Sakurai went on to reveal an image of Charizard’s final smash. Pokéfans will be happy to know that Mega Charizard X, fresh from his debut in last year’s Pokémon X, will be featured in the game, though there’s no word on whether Mega Charizard Y will also make an appearance.
