10) Waluigi

What do we really know about Waluigi? He exists only in numerous spin-offs and looks even creepier than his alleged partner, Wario. His entire personality revolves around being a douche bag to other characters in the Mario universe, and that’s about it. Other than that, Waluigi is a big purple mystery to everybody. While he plays the role of an antagonist in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix, he is yet to star in any game as a protagonist, so technically Waluigi doesn’t really belong on this list. And I guess that is exactly the reason why Waluigi takes the number 10 spot. The guy is neither a plain villain, a hero, or an antihero. Waluigi doesn’t belong anywhere, yet I feel like there’s some hidden potential behind that creepy mustache of his.
