2. Phantump
Phantump is probably one of the more underrated Ghost-type Pokémon. They are, after all, a bit on the cuter side. Some might make the argument that the creature’s evolved form is more intimidating. Still, there’s an undeniably chilling quality to the character’s design. And then there’s the character’s Pokédex entry, which states that Phantump are the ghosts of children that got lost in the woods. Much like Drifloon, there’s a great creepiness to these sorts of folk tales.
