With the recent release of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, the number of pocket monsters we’ve seen continues to grow. With over 600 Pokémon between 5 generations, catching them all has become a daunting task— and perhaps even more daunting for the men and women at Game Freak to design.

To help out those new to the games, I’ve ranked the five best and five worst Pokémon introduced in Generation V (Black and White/Black 2 and White 2). Some are cuddly, some are ugly and some… look an awful lot like Pokémon we’ve seen before. But one thing’s for sure, you’ll have to catch ‘em all to complete that Unova Pokédex! So, let’s take a look!
