The Street Fighter Movie Gets a Release Date

Following its shockingly good trailer (which you can watch right below), the upcoming Street Fighter movie made quite a first impression when it was shown to the public back in December during The Game Awards. While it was exciting to see the characters in live action once more, the question lingered—when would fans actually be able to watch the thing?

Well, now we know: October 16, 2026. Meaning you’ll probably see more dougi and blue thong bodysuits than ever this Halloween. The movie features an eclectic roster of actors and looks to be a capturing the spirit of the series quite well. Will you be heading to your local theater to watch Street Fighter in October?
