The latest update to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is coming later today, and with it, some pretty big new additions! Version 3.1.0 will add support for the Toy-Con VR goggles, making Super Smash Bros. Ultimate the third such game from Nintendo to get the retroactive treatment.

The second addition comes in the form of enhanced support for Amiibo. Players can now send their Figure Players (FPs) on training missions where they’ll battle other FPs. Amiibo fans will also be able to bring their FPs into online Battle Arenas! Considering the continued popularity of the Super Smash Bros. Amiibo line, fans should be pretty happy to see the figures getting some increased functionality!
