As reported previously, there was a rumor reported from Brickstatic claiming that a LEGO set based on the Deku tree from The Legend of Zelda will be on the way this year. Now that rumor has just become true, as Nintendo and The LEGO Group revealed the LEGO The Legend of Zelda Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 set earlier today. Here’s the announcement:

The Great Deku Tree set is a depiction of the iconic character from both The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Breath of The Wild. The set will include 2500 block pieces and mini figures such as Classic Link, Young Link, BoTW Link, and BoTW Zelda. The set will be released on September 1st with a price tag of $299.99.
