Sega has announced that Sonic’s latest titles, Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal for Nintendo 3DS and its Wii U counterpart, Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, will be launching in North America on November 11 and 18, respectively.
Unlike the Blue Blur’s traditional adventures, Sonic Boom is based on the upcoming animated series of the same name. The Wii U version, Rise of Lyric, is being developed by Big Red Button and is the third and final title in Nintendo’s exclusive three-game partnership with Sega, while Shattered Crystal is being developed by Sanzaru Games. Both will feature distinct gameplay and stories.
What do you think about Sonic Boom? Will you be picking up either title when they launch this November? Let us know in the comments!
