A 2nd conference

Nintendo will be presenting us with a separate, 3DS-specific, conference on top of tomorrow’s long-awaited Wii U-centric event. The 3DS presentation will be live-streamed by Nintendo this Wednesday, June 6th, at 6pm PT/9pm ET. This event will last an hour and be hosted by Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Super 3DS

Japanese newspaper, Nikkei, is reporting that Nintendo will be announcing a 3DS with a 4.3 inch screen, 1.5 times bigger than what it is now. Many fans have been expecting a 3DS redesign, sooner or later, with the recent release of Circle Pad Pro.

If this is true, expect an announcement tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday evening.
