Last week, we reported on a bug affecting some European and Japanese copies of Pokémon X and Y. The bug can be contracted by saving in certain areas of Lumiose City. Players that try to load their game after find that the file now reads as corrupted, and are forced to start the game over from the beginning, as a result.
Earlier this week, Nintendo released information on areas to save in to avoid the glitch, but it appears that information is no longer necessary, as the company has already finished a patch for the game. The patch is currently available for download from the 3DS eShop.
