Sometimes, just a little bit of incentive can go a long way, and it looks as if LEGO Marvel Super Heroes has gone all out when it comes to incentives for pre-orders.
Three major retailers will be offering something different for fans who pre-order a console version of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. The first, Amazon, will be offering credit. The buyer will get a pretty nifty $10 games credit which will be applied to their account. Especially good for those who want to buy another game. Those who pre-order through Walmart will be receiving an Iron Patriot figurine, which they will get on the day of the game’s release.
And as for GameStop? Those who pre-order the game will receive a Spiderman Keychain, which will be given to them on the day of the game’s release. There’s even an extra incentive for those who are buying it for a PS3 or Xbox 360 and are Power Up Reward members. They will be receiving a DLC pack for free. Of course that’s not necessarily Nintendo related, but still very cool. If only the Wii U folk wouldn’t get the cold shoulder.
There is still yet to be a release date for the game, but it’s looking as if it will be released later this year.
