This morning, Nintendo announced via Twitter that it will be airing a new Nintendo Direct broadcast in its homeland of Japan on Sunday, May 31.
The broadcast is scheduled to begin at 7 PM JST and will focus on Wii U and 3DS games slated to be released in the region this summer. No companion broadcasts have been announced for North America or Europe, but given its proximity to Nintendo’s Digital Event, which will be airing on the first day of this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, it seems unlikely that Nintendo will reveal any surprises during this Sunday’s Direct. If you’re nonetheless curious to check it out, you can stream the broadcast from NCL’s official site.
