While E3 is usually the epicenter of major gaming announcements, it’s not the only opportunity for developers to reveal things to their fans. Take Anime Expo, also in Los Angeles, for example. Level-5, the developer behind such beloved franchises like Professor Layton and Yo-Kai Watch, will be holding an event at the show, and they might be teasing a surprise.

The panel is titled, INAZUMA ELEVEN ARES and More and promises more details about the latest entry in the company’s line of soccer RPGs. However, the description of the event closes on the this line, “You never know what other surprises we’ll have in store.”

Level-5 has quite a bit on their plate at the moment, so this could be anything from more details about the recently announced Ni No Kuni re-release for current consoles to something about the localization of the long awaited Yo-Kai Watch 4. At this point it’s all just speculation, so we’ll have to wait for panel on July 5 at 1 PM to know for sure.
