Seaven Studio has announced that it is bringing Knights of Pen and Paper 2: Deluxiest Edition to consoles later this year.
The turn-based RPG, which lets you take control of a group of RPG players during a Dungeons & Dragon style session, was originally released back in 2015 on PC and mobile. Seaven Studio themselves refer to it as a “turn-based, retro style, pixel-art adventure full of danger, intrigue, and semi-appropriate cultural references!”
It was also announced that, in partnership with Super Rare Games, Knights of Pen and Paper 2: Deluxiest Edition will be getting a limited physical release on Nintendo Switch.
The news comes shortly after the release of Knights of Pen and Paper +1 Deluxier Edition on Switch earlier this year which, in our review, Joshua called “a quality addition to the ever-growing Switch library [which] really exemplifies what makes the eShop so awesome“.
The developer didn’t give a firm date for when we can expect to play the console port of Knights of Pen and Paper 2: Deluxiest Edition, but it is expected to land some time before December 2018.
