Hyrule Warriors, the Dynasty Warriors and Legend of Zelda mash-up for Wii U, recently released in Japan to strong sales. This is good news for Nintendo, as coupled with Mario Kart 8, sales for Wii U are continuing an upward trend that is sorely needed. Hopes are high that when Warriors lands in Europe (September 19) and the US (September 26) it will see a similarly warm reception.

With the impending arrival of Super Smash Bros. on Wii U and 3DS, Nintendo has a potential sales trifecta heading into this coming holiday season. Make that a quartet, actually, as Amiibo has a strong possibility to form a fourth pillar for Nintendo.

Do you see Nintendo turning things around for Wii U in the near future? Are you planning on picking up any of these games? Comment below!
