Hollow Knight is arguably one of the best Metroidvanias ever made and, well, it got just that much better on Thursday when it was surprise-dropped into the Nintendo Switch 2 eShop. Hollow Knight – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is available right now. You can see it in glorious motion, below:
So, what’s different with the Switch 2 version of Hollow Knight? Pretty much what one would expect: enhanced visuals (higher frame rate, enhanced resolution) and “additional effects.” Beyond that it’s Hollow Knight that fans have come to know and love for the past nine years.
