If you picked up Guitar Hero Live for Wii U, your music catalog has just gotten a lot bigger. Activision announced today that a lot of new music is coming to the game, and it’s free of charge.

Bands with tracks being added to Guitar Hero TV include Black Veil Brides, Weezer, System of a Down, St. Vincent, Rival Sons, Alice in Chains, and many more hip bands that all the cool people listen to. Many of these bands also include live action concert footage so that the “Live” moniker lives up to its name. What’s more, Activision is also giving all players free on-demand access to all the music available on GHTV through this weekend.

So, if guitar rockin’ is your thing, get on going and play some plastic guitar.
