Ahead of its release in North America next month, Nintendo has announced a special Bayonetta 2 Nintendo Direct broadcast for Thursday, September 4.
According to a tweet from Nintendo of America’s official Twitter account, the broadcast is scheduled to begin at 6 PM Eastern/3 PM Pacific Time and will reveal new details about the anticipated title. Fans who’d like to watch the broadcast can stream it directly from Nintendo’s website.

It looked like the packed-in original game featured extra costumes inspired by Nintendo characters; I wonder if any other crossover type stuff will be included? I would like to see a twisted, demonic version of Giga Bowser or something, maybe as a bonus level boss.
…Actually, Bayonetta-style takes on any number of Nintendo characters might be pretty amusing. Ridley wouldn’t have all that far to go design-wise to fit, but an insane new interpretation of Birdo or a swarm of demon Pikmin could be really fun.
