Purchases made via the Nintendo Switch eShop earn players MyNintendo Gold Points. These points can then be put towards the purchase of other games, bringing the price down based on how much of the currency you have to spend. It’s a pretty solid reward system on its own, but starting now players can temporarily earn double the points with select digital game purchases:

If you’re curious about the full slate of games that qualify for the promotion, you can click this link. Here’s a small sampling of what’s available to choose from:
- The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
- Metroid Dread
- New Pokémon Snap
The promotion will run until February 28, so you still have a few weeks left to decide on which game(s) to possibly give a download. Just to be clear, this applies to digital sales, so cartridges apparently will not qualify for double Gold Points. Bummer.
