Mutant Mudds Super Challenge
Sometimes a difficult game is not difficult enough, which is why things like Mutant Muds Super Challenge exist. For those seeking more challenge in the world of Mutant Mudds, Super Challenge should provide plenty.
Year Walk
This creepy adventure title originally came out on iOS devises in 2013, then was later ported to PC in 2014. The Wii U release is set to happen in 2015, making this game’s journey to Wii U…..a Two Year Walk. This stupid pun is all I can come up with, so I apologize and advise you to just move on.
Forma.8
The latest releases in franchises like Metroid seem to forget their roots of lonely exploration in dangerous, distant places. Forma.8 in many ways looks like a return to that dreadful feeling of being alone on some alien planet.
Extreme Exorcism
Wii U is in no serious need of party games, but how can you have enough, am I right? Extreme Exorcism provides plenty of frantic arena battling with ghosts that can be enjoyed either alone or with a group up to four people. Just remember that every move you make comes back to haunt you. At least, that’s what the tagline said.
Fast Racing Neo
Fast Racing Neo’s gameplay was finally revealed during this year’s E3 Treehouse presentation, and while it didn’t quite set the world on fire, many pants throughout the world were burning pretty badly. So far, Fast Racing Neo is shaping up to be a worthy opponent to F-Zero GX’s sense of speed. Hopefully, this year we’ll find out just how fast you can really go.
I’m excited for a number of these. Been following Fast Racing Neo’s development since before the launch of Wii U so it will hopefully deliver on the F-Zero Front. It certainly looks the part. The publisher Shin’en has worked almost exclusively with Nitendo platforms. Maybe depending on how this game turns out they could have a go with the iconic franchise itself?
Others I’m looking forward to are: Shovel Knight DLC, Gunman Clive, and the hopefully soon to be released Octodad
Great list. Will definitely be picking up a few of these. Thanks for mentioning the mindbenders of innovation and intensity, Treasure. They deserve any and all the praise they get.
I’m not sure how this didn’t dawn on me before, but I just realized that Fast Racing Neo is F-Zero GX meets Ikaruga.
…as if I didn’t want the game enough already. :^)
I wonder what other GameCube titles could be combined to great effect? Metroid Prime and Mario Strikers? Oh, ouch… too soon.
