Walmart, famed retailer of practically everything, has listed Animal Crossing Amiibo card packs for a price close to $6. The way Walmart prices things may suggest that the manufacturer suggested retail price will be a smooth $5.99. The packs themselves will come with a set of six random villager cards.
While it is still not clear if these cards will be compatible with Wii U’s Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival, Happy Home Designer will allow you to design a house and yard for the character on the card itself. The characters you design a house for in-game will be random, but having the cards around will grant you the ability to design for them immediately.
Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer is available now on Japanese shelves and launches on September 25 in the US and October 2 in Europe.
