Flowers and chocolate always make a girl blush and glow. But what if you could give — or receive — an item on a first date or Valentine’s Day that was really super, as in Super Mario Bros. awesome. Would you replace traditional flowers with a fire flower or instead proffer a mushroom to get things started off on the right foot? It’s got to be starman. That’s invincibility right there. Push your partner into a train on accident? No worries. She’s invincible. That’s insurance right there. AND it’s shiny & pretty & kawaii so you know it will be loved. Starman. For all your dating needs.
If you’re the type to push your partners into trains, I think you’ve got bigger problems than power-up choices, haha.
I DID say on accident. You never know what might happen. It could start raining & someone on a bike skids towards you. You try to react, but it’s too late. Your date gets run into by the bike & thrown into traffic. But it’s okay… they’re invincible… remember? That Starman sure came in handy.

I thought the pokeball could be used for more nefarious reasons, like, “Ha! Captured your clothes!” or “No kiss? Back to the ball!” *zoop*
