Two years ago, three mysterious legendary Pokémon were supposedly discovered hidden in the coding for Pokémon X and Y. The first was Diancie and the second was Hoopa, which is now currently available for download in a promotion with participating McDonald’s restaurants. Now The Pokémon Company has officially announced the final part of that trio, the first ever Water/Fire type Pokémon, Volcanion! Check out the announcement trailer, mirrored below!
Volcanion made its official debut earlier this week in Japan, appearing as the surprise December announcement that Coro Coro magazine teased last month. As of this writing there are no further details on the new legendary Pokémon, but an official release seems likely soon!
