Previously available digitally and only in Japan, TAITO has announced that they’re releasing the Space Invaders Invincible Collection here in the west on Nintendo Switch — and it’ll be physical, thanks to a partnership with Strictly Limited Games.
Boasting “the most complete collection on cart ever,” the collection brings together all of the titles from the Japanese standard and special editions onto one cartridge. This also includes Arkanoid vs. Space Invaders, which was only available via download code in Japan.
The Strictly Limited Space Invaders Invincible Collection will feature all 11 (!) games on the game card! No need to download any of the games. This is the way to cherish them all in a forever format, soon to preside in your own video game library.

Strictly Limited Games’ site has three versions of the game for preorder: Collector’s Edition, Ultra Collector’s Edition, and the standard edition. The Collector’s Edition includes the following:
- The game
- Enamel pin
- Collector’s box with magnetic latch
- Arcade PCB box
- 2 soundtracks
- Official book
- Stickers
- 4 instruction cards
- 6 fliers
- 4 acrylic art cards
The Ultra Collector’s Edition includes all of the above and additionally:
- Commemorative coin
- Acrylic Invader standee
- Space Invaders Invincible board game
