Resident Evil hits its quarter century anniversary in 2021, and in celebration of turning 25 Capcom is pulling out all the stops. There will be two media projects bearing the name Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness come 2021: a TV show on Netflix and a manga tie-in courtesy of Tokyopop. Here’s a breakdown of each:

The Netflix Show

This CG series will come to the subscription service next year and focuses on Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield.

The Manga

The manga, meanwhile, will serve as a tie-in to the animated series. It will also focus on Leon and Claire. If that all seems a bit vague… well, that’s all Capcom is divulging, so far! When we learn more, you will too. In the meantime, what do you think about these two projects? How insane is it that Resident Evil is already at its 25th anniversary milestone?! Tell us in the comments and on social media.
