In case you hadn’t heard, Super Mario RPG is getting a remake. The game looks to be a faithful adaptation of the classic Nintendo/Square (not Square Enix, mind you—this was a true old school team-up) but with fancy new graphics. But is that all? Not quite—check out the trailer to see for yourself:
Along with a bright, new HD sheen, here’s what else you can expect from Super Mario RPG on Switch:
- Breezy Mode: An easier mode that let’s players deal more damage and level up faster.
- Monster List: Check out the details on all the enemies you’ve encountered
- Rearranged Music: The entire soundtrack has been rearranged, but you can switch back to the original SNES score at any time.
